The aim of the study was to analyze the influence of socio-cultural conditions on mental development in children of North Krasnoyarsk region native and nonnative population. Possible causes for this can be shortcomings of children's speech development that arises from specifics of child-parent interaction on the early stages of ontogenesis and non-optimal situation of speech development (non-balanced bilingualism), as well as specifics of parents' attitudes towards after school perspectives of child's socialization.
