Panasonic Toughbook Serial Number Breakdown

It had sticky aperture blades that were addressed starting in the 2012 production runs (I believe - this is from memory - may have been late 2011). At any rate, the serial number was helpful in determining if the camera had the potential for this problem, or if they had already addressed it in manufacturing.
