If you are looking simply for a viewer, there is one called (something along the lines of) Myriad which will view all sorts of Orcad based design documents. It is what many people at my company use to view the old Orcad files. In all honesty, I haven't been too impressed with it.

I found that it tends to get messed up on some schematics and doesn't display component reference designators in the right scale or right locations.
